🔄 7-Day Checking & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day checking warranty to ensure you receive your product in perfect condition.

  • Electronics: Report issues within 7 days of delivery
  • Other Products: Report issues within 14 days of delivery

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within:

  • 24 hours of delivery (for physically damaged items)

📋 Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within the given time frame
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
  • The product must not be tampered with, marked, or altered

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team and get your return request approved
  2. Once approved, send the product to our warehouse
  3. The item must be shipped via a traceable courier service

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Replacement Policy Covers

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or issue

⏳ Processing Time

  • After receiving your item, our team will inspect it
  • Replacement processing time: 3–5 working days after inspection

📌 Important Notes

  • Products with official brand/company warranty are not covered under Spark Hive’s checking warranty and should be claimed directly with the manufacturer
  • For items without a company warranty, a 14-day checking warranty may apply
  • Returns that do not meet the conditions may not be approved
